Department of Technology Innovation（DTI）

        Department of Technology Innovation undertakes the functions of technology innovation planning, management and services of RITS. Relying on technology advantages of Tsinghua University and combining the companies’ needs and market requirements, DTI focuses on technology development, achievement transformation, businesses services, business incubating, technology management consultation and innovation activity organization.         Industrial Management Office ("Industrial Office") is a special organization of RITS. Its main responsibilities are: macro-planning and major issues study of RITS industrial development; selection directors and supervisors to work for the RITS subordinated companies; strengthening the supervision of the shareholding enterprises; decision mutual funds lending between the shareholding enterprises; mutual macro-coordination in the process of the shareholding enterprise development.

        Department of Audit is an internal audit organization of RITS. The responsibilities of the audit office are monitoring and evaluation of economic activities of RITS and its subordinates.
